Our law practice enjoys doing relative adoptions aka Kinship adoptions. These adoptions are a easy process and fairly inexpensively.

Here Jodie and Amanda in our office to sign their adoption petitions, which involves swearing-in for the notary. Their son, Oliver Cole, is Amanda’s sister’s biological baby. It’s all in the family.

Jodie is active military. We were able to honor his service by swearing them in as adoptive parents the day after Veteran’s Day. He heads back to Iraq in early December.
